Booking and arrival

What time are check-in and check-out at Living by Armóniko?

At Living by Armóniko, check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. (noon) for every suite. If you arrive early or leave late, you can leave your bags at the hotel's luggage storage and make the most of your day exploring Laureles.

How do I book directly with Living by Armóniko?

What is included in the rate at Living by Armóniko?

Your stay at Living by Armóniko includes an à la carte breakfast at Botswana Café Bar, high-speed WiFi, and access to hotel amenities such as the coworking space and the rooftop. Per hotel policy, the rate does not include additional food and drinks, minibar consumption, laundry, transportation, special decorations, taxes, or insurance.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. Living by Armóniko offers luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, so you don't have to carry your bags while you explore Medellín. It's especially handy if your flight to Medellín lands early or leaves in the evening.

Does Living by Armóniko offer airport transfers?

Yes. Living by Armóniko coordinates airport transfers upon prior request: message us on WhatsApp or email reservas@livingbyarmoniko.com ahead of your trip, with your flight details, so our team can arrange it. Please note that, per hotel policy, transportation is not included in the accommodation rate.

What happens if I leave before my booked departure date?

Under Living by Armóniko's policies, if you decide to end your stay before your booked departure date, you must notify management at least 24 hours in advance. What types of suites does Living by Armóniko have?

Living by Armóniko has 14 apartment-style suites in four categories: Deluxe Suite (62 m², King bed, up to 3 guests), Superior Suite (32 m², Queen bed, up to 2), Comfort Suite (27 m², Queen bed, up to 2), and Standard Suite (20 m², Queen bed, up to 2). All have an equipped kitchen and a private balcony.

Do the suites at Living by Armóniko have a kitchen?

Yes. Every suite at Living by Armóniko has an equipped kitchen, plus a private balcony, minibar, flat-screen TV, and WiFi. The Deluxe Suite adds a full kitchen, an independent living room, and a Nespresso machine, which makes it ideal for extended stays.

Which Living by Armóniko suite is best for couples or extended stays?

For couples, the Comfort Suite (27 m²) offers warm design with outdoor views, and the Superior Suite (32 m²) has balconies overlooking Segundo Parque de Laureles. Where and until what time is the included breakfast served?

The included à la carte breakfast at Living by Armóniko is served at Botswana Café Bar, on the building's second floor, until 10:00 a.m. Choose from creative, healthy, and energizing options paired with specialty coffee, in a calm atmosphere to start the day without rushing.

Which restaurants are inside the Living by Armóniko building?

Four dining concepts operate inside the Living by Armóniko building: Botswana Café Bar (breakfast, brunch, and cocktails, second floor), Rocoto Rooftop (Peruvian cuisine and signature cocktails, fifth floor), 123 Wok (contemporary Asian cuisine, first floor), and Torrealta (craft brewery with pizzas and tapas, second floor).

Do guests get discounts at restaurants and partner businesses?

Yes. As a Living by Armóniko guest you get perks at 11 partner businesses covering dining, health, and wellness, including 10% off the entire menu at 123 Wok and Torrealta (at Torrealta, from 3 p.m.) inside the building. Just show your room card.

Is there WiFi and a place to work at the hotel?

Yes. Living by Armóniko has high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel and a coworking space for guests. During the day, Botswana Café Bar also becomes an ideal space to work or meet, and the Standard Suite is designed with business trips in mind.

Does Living by Armóniko have parking?

Yes. Living by Armóniko has state-of-the-art vertical parking. If you're arriving by car, let us know when you book via WhatsApp or email and we'll share directions to Circular 75 #38-35, across from Segundo Parque de Laureles.

Does the hotel organize tours and transportation?

Yes. From the Living by Armóniko front desk we coordinate 16 tours around Medellín and Antioquia, including Guatapé, Comuna 13, Santa Fe de Antioquia, coffee experiences, paragliding, and horseback riding, each with its own duration and schedule (some, such as ATVs and the Football Tour, subject to availability). We also offer an hourly transportation service for trips and special events.

Policies

Does Living by Armóniko allow pets?

No. Under hotel policy, pets of any kind are not permitted at Living by Armóniko, with the exception of support, assistance, or therapy animals, which must be properly identified. If you're traveling with one, message us on WhatsApp with any questions.

Can I smoke at Living by Armóniko?

No. Living by Armóniko is a smoke-free establishment: under Colombian Law 1335 of 2009 (July 21, 2009), smoking is prohibited in enclosed spaces. Failure to comply with this rule carries a charge of USD 100 per day, according to hotel policy.

Can visitors come into the rooms?

Yes, with prior registration. Any additional person entering the rooms at Living by Armóniko must be registered and announced at the front desk, and visitor access carries a charge of COP 250,000 per person, per day, according to hotel policy.

What documents do I need to check in?

In line with Migración Colombia regulations, foreign guests at Living by Armóniko register with a physical passport or foreign ID card (cédula de extranjería), and Colombian nationals with their national ID card. Minors present an ID card or birth certificate and must register with a parent or legal guardian.

Is Living by Armóniko registered with Colombia's National Tourism Registry (RNT)?

Yes. Living by Armóniko is registered with Colombia's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism under RNT number 146593. The hotel is operated by Diseños y Construcciones Uriana SAS, and you can review all stay conditions in our privacy and service policies.

Where is Living by Armóniko located?

Living by Armóniko is at Circular 75 #38-35, right across from Segundo Parque de Laureles in Medellín, Colombia. How far is Living by Armóniko from El Poblado, Plaza Mayor, and the stadium?

Based on the hotel's reference travel times, Living by Armóniko is about 9 minutes from Atanasio Girardot Stadium, 10 minutes from Plaza Mayor, 13 minutes from La Macarena, and 20 minutes from El Poblado and Provenza. Segundo Parque de Laureles is right across the street.
